  Found Branch Upholstery on the net a few months back. Initial communication was difficult with the main person (can't remember his name) but he was friendly enough; brought by samples to my home; quoted me a decent price; took my grandmother's 45+ year old chair away and made it look brand spanking new! Everyone who saw the before and after are amazed at the quality of work. The owner (I want to say he was because I spoke with him mostly) took my chair himself; brought it back and even repaired all the springs as well. Some of the best work I have ever seen (tubing, chair skirt, etc..). I really only have a couple of negatives that are not even major; besides the communication issue, it took a lot longer than expected to complete (7 weeks instead of 4) but I was so happy with end results that it was well worth the wait... Referring them to few friends.

  Excellent craftsmanship. You can really tell they take pride in their work and in their clients. Great selection and despite the language barrier great customer service. I highly recommend them for any reupholstering you may need done. They truly aim to please. I am definitely a satisfied customer.
