  They have the worst wait times. I had spoke to three different associates and no one showed up to help. This location needs a serious shakeup in personnel. All I had was a few inquiries about hot water heaters. This type of service is unacceptable.

  I just returned a 100.00 power washer a week ago. The associate decided to open the box because it seemed suspect. Love and behold the unit was used...I felt like the guilty party! I swore it wasn't me but that"sure whatever" look was piercing my soul. She couldn't find the purchase via credit card... feeling more guilty! I pulled up my banking information and presented the purchase date...all good!
